China Glaze: You "Crackle" Me Up!

Hey Guys! Sorry once again for the lack of posts but I wanted to wait until I could post up something good for you =) So I'm pretty sure that all of you know about O.P.I's Shatter polish right? And how it does that awesome cool shatter, crackle effect..yea?! and somewhat resembles a dinosaur egg. hehe Well did you know that China Glaze has stepped up onto the plate and just released their own line of crackle polishes this month?! Ya! It's called, Crackle Glaze and it comes in 6 different colors! I couldn't help myself and had to purchase all 6 from http://www.8ty8beauty.com/nail_polishes/cg-c.htm <~~ Check out the website! They sell some great stuff for a pretty low price! I paid $3.18 per bottle but I think they're all out of stock of the crackle glaze polishes now. =( And also, shipping and handling kind of bites you in the butt! It all has to do with the weight or something. Anyways, tell me what you think of this haul and if you would ever wear this polish! And if so, what color?  =)

Happy Belated Valentine's Day!

Hi Everyone! I hope you all had a nice and sweet Valentine's Day! Mine wasn't too bad..haha I spent it with the family and had a good time. My older sister always gets all excited for the holidays and goes off decorating everything!

^My grandpa who is 89 years old got to come home and spend this loving holiday with the family! =) I made him a decorative heart that he can hang in his room at the nursing home. He liked it! hehe

^ I made this pop up card for my boyfriend, Johnny =) He got it just on time too! He loved it.

^ This is the sweet card Johnny sent me for Valentine's Day, it made me cry T_T I miss him.

Hey guys! So as we all know Valentine's Day is tomorrow!  Where some of us get to spend it with our special someone! Awww and for others like me, get to spend it alone =( haha But hey I wanted to lighten my mood up so I decided to paint my nails all pink and girly and Valentineyyy =P I thought they turned out very cute until I showed them to my mom that is...she said they were UgLy! hahaha What do you think? =)

Whoa! Dilated Eyes o_O

Hi Everyone! I went to get my eyes checked earlier and thinking that I was just doing a regular exam my eye doctor dilated my eyes! I hate how your eyes get all sensitive to the light but it was so cool how my pupils got all abnormally huge =P Kind of reminded me of some of those crazy designs on the circle lenses! I just had to take some pictures and share with all of you! haha But too bad I didn't think of taking one with flash until way after my eyes were no longer dilated =(

E.L.F Nail Polishes

Hey Everyone! =) I just wanted to share with all of you some E.L.F nail polishes that I've been wearing sometime in this month of January. These are the three I got from my older post, "Haul from E.L.F." and they only costed a dollar each! But then again you get what you paid for right? So the quality is just eh, ok. They streak a little so you got to put 2-3 coats on them and they chip off pretty easily if you're not too careful even with the clear coat. Besides those flaws though, E.L.F offers a wide range of different vibrant, subtle pretty colors!

Quasimodo's Eye, What the Efff?!

So I woke up this morning to find my right eye looking like Quasimodo's eye! LOL I was like what the..how did this happen? haha But I put a cold compressor on my lid for a good 5-10 minutes and it went down. I thought it was funny though =)

Winter: Life gets in the way of posting

Hi Guys! It has sure been a while since I last posted something on here and I just wanted to sincerely apologize to all of you. Life just gets in the way sometimes huh?!  Something has happened in my personal life that will be a life changing experience which I'm about to share will all of you lovelies. =)

My boyfriend Johnny of 7yrs (i know, long time) haha who I have been with since middle school has decided to join the Army.  He's been wanting to do that for as long as I can remember. He just felt like he wanted to live his life in a more purposeful way and to do something honorable. He didn't want to do what everybody else was doing like school & work. For one he hated his job and two he hated school even more. Personally I just think all that Modern Warfare II (shooting/wargame) has gotten into his head! jk I support him in whatever he feels like he needs to do, I'm not going to stand in his way but be there by his side. So last Monday, January 24th he left to Basic Training in Fort Sill, Oklahoma where he will be training for the next 4 months. He won't be able to call anyone or use the internet, just write letters. Which sucks bad! If he passes training he will graduate and be able to come back and visit for 2 weeks but then he will be off again for another 3 1/2 years. Within each year he is allowed 30 days vacation though. But yea that's why I haven't posted anything lately, I've been trying to spend as much time I possibly can with him.

I think the longest we've ever been apart from each other was for a month, how am I suppose to go without him for the next few years? We basically grew up together. He is such a huge part of my life and I can't imagine it without him. Family and friends are also skeptical about me waiting for him for that long. They don't think I can but whenever I feel or hear these doubts I just got to prove myself and everyone else wrong. To stay positive and strong is what I need to focus on. I mean we've been together for 7yrs what's another 3 1/2-4yrs right? I have nothing better to do anyways =P But no, he is so worth waiting for. I think this long distance is good, It will put both of us at our ultimate test in our relationship and it gives each other time to focus on ourselves for a change. We will both grow as a person and learn to love and appreciate each other more. I admit it has been way hard, I have cried a lot and missing him like crazy but I know that I can do this, We can do this.. Thank you for taking the time to read all of this! <3
